What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan on the third party payment systems we currently allow.
How do I cancel my Kirgawa subscription?
Downgrading to the free plan is possible right away. Your account's remaining amount will be prorated and held for you if your renewal date is more than a day away. That credit can later be applied to the reactivation of your paid subscription.
